Shelby’s is owned and operated by Shirley Elliott.  She and her husband, Roger Elliott (the toe ring man), started the business on the ocean cliffs in 1991 selling her handcrafted, beaded foot jewelry called Shoewels® - beautiful foot jewelry created with colorful glass beads in a variety of styles and colors.  A year later they added comfortable, sized toe rings - then elegant anklets and belly chains....
